OMG!!! Where has this person been all of my life!!! I have been training with Tijana since the middle of February 2018 and I have been seeing nothing but results every single month I have been dropping in weight, gaining strength, having more energy, building muscle, feeling confident and burning fat. All of my life I have struggled with my weight and I wanted to see change and I wanted to do something that worked for me and that fit into my busy schedule (I am a lawyer). Tijana created me a workout plan and a personalized meal plan and she even worked it to accommodate my fitness goals. Tijana has also been very flexible, encouraging and understanding. I recommend her to every one I know - she understands women's health - and I know that I will be sticking with her for a life time.

I would highly recommend Tijana to anyone looking for a personal trainer. The sessions are challenging, yet fun and motivating and I am amazed at the progress I’ve made after only 3 months of training. She really knows her stuff and is dedicated to training the “right way”, no gimmicks! I’m excited to continue my training with her and looking forward to even more positive results.

I’ve been training with Tijana for 3 months now and would absolutely recommend her! Not only is she an amazing coach, she is knowledgeable and patient! Her dedication to health is inspiring and her meal plans are so delicious and easy to follow. I love working out with her and see major differences in my form, physique and overall lifestyle. I've been training with Tijana from the Months of October-January, and it's been a complete game changer in terms of the way I perceive, execute, and achieve my fitness goals. The types of exercises we did were always catered to my current physically abilities (for example, an old injury in my shoulder was always taken into account) but were always challenging enough to keep my on my toes. Her meal plan helped me gain a fundamental understanding of what my body needs to thrive throughout the day. What I especially appreciate is Tijana's outlook on fitness- it is a lifelong process that isn't linear; it isn't always perfect, and being successful at it starts with not being hard on yourself. This is something I'd always struggled with and the most priceless takeaway from my experience with Tijana; she will NEVER make you feel bad and always work towards empowering you. Ultimately I could not recommend Tijana more highly!

Tijana is legit the best. I have been working out with her for quite a few months now, and have noticed a huge difference in my body. I have some health issues that make it super difficult to lose weight, and she has been so great tailoring my workouts and meal plans to maximize weight loss and toning. I have done a ton of types of trainers and workouts in the past, and the results I've seen with Tijana are by far the best. I also love that she gives me 'real talk' when I'm falling off, but is still understanding that I have to live my life! I'd also like to note that her app is SO easy to use and follow. Five stars 🙂

I have been training with Tijana for two months, and I feel amazing! I see a change in my body already, have lost almost three inches off of my waist, and have so much more energy over all. I am building muscle which I have never been able to do on my own and my confidence has gone way up! Tijana made me a meal plan that is completely catered to me and it's been really easy for me to follow, I didn't have a proper grasp on how to eat healthy and actually enjoy it before this. On top of it, she makes me laugh during each session and I always leave feeling happy and strong 😀

Tijana is amazing! Being a new mom (8 month old), it was very hard for me to get back to my healthy lifestyle. Every mama knows the struggle of adjusting to life with a new baby. Tijana helped me incorporate healthy changes to multiple areas of my life. She is very knowledgeable and creative in all things nutrition and created a unique meal plan for me that was easy to follow and absolutely delicious! The recipes are simple and my whole family enjoys them. I've been training with her for 3 months now and have seen incredible changes in my physique. Not only have I shed a lot of my baby weight, but I have seen major improvement in my posture (the before and after pics are insane!), energy levels and general well-being. I fit in my pre-baby jeans now and it feels so good! I've had such success with Tijana and highly recommend Daly Dose of Health to everyone and anyone.
