Tijana is legit the best. I have been working out with her for quite a few months now, and have noticed a huge difference in my body. I have some health issues that make it super difficult to lose weight, and she has been so great tailoring my workouts and meal plans to maximize weight loss and toning. I have done a ton of types of trainers and workouts in the past, and the results I’ve seen with Tijana are by far the best. I also love that she gives me ‘real talk’ when I’m falling off, but is still understanding that I have to live my life! I’d also like to note that her app is SO easy to use and follow.
Tijana reached out to me when I posted on Facebook asking for a trainer. I was on mat leave with a 5-month old at the time, and I had some specific requests: I needed someone who would come to me, and who would help watch the baby while I worked out. A few trainers reached out to me, but I quickly narrowed down my choice to Tijana for a few reasons. First, I really felt like she understood what I was looking for, and what I needed in a trainer. Second, she was flexible and responsive. Third, she didn’t sugar coat anything – she was open and honest about what I would need to do to reach my goals, both with training and with changing my eating habits. I am so glad that I signed up with her! Not only have I lost a bunch of weight already (I’m 5 lbs away from my ‘first’ goal), but I feel stronger than I have in a long time. I also have some issues with persistent joint pain, and I have learned that Tijana is really good at modifying my workouts if I try an exercise that isn’t going to work depending on my pain that day. Finally, it is worth mentioning Tijana’s warm, friendly demeanor. It makes a big difference when you have a trainer who you actually like to be around – Tijana has the kind of personality that I think anyone – even the grumpiest of cats – can warm up to. 🙂
