Lean Curves With Vava

This 6 week virtual program is designed to shape your body in all the right places, improve your metabolism and build some serious strength.

You’ll be doing 5 guided 1-hour workouts per week with all details (set-up, execution, rep range, and everything else) provided. Vava and I demonstrate each exercise via video so it’s like we’re right there training with you!
