“I loved this 6 week program! At times it was challenging because I’m a single mother so it’s hard to always have time to do a work out, but proud to say that I overcame what ever obstacle and completed the program. Using the different equipment especially the band made the work outs that much better, I felt like they were challenging enough to keep me going! Body After Baby was the perfect way for me to ease back into my workouts after 3 months postpartum. Life with my baby is FAR more demanding, so I loved that I could do the workouts anytime and anywhere that worked for me. And when I was struggling to get a workout in, Tijana gave me some helpful words of encouragement and ideas for fitting them in. In all honesty, I’m someone who tends to prefer a group exercise environment, but I found I really enjoyed these workouts. They were simple, efficient, and short (a key component!) and I still felt like I was getting a good enough sweat on.
