I have been training with Tijana for two months, and I feel amazing! I see a change in my body already, have lost almost three inches off of my waist, and have so much more energy over all. I am building muscle which I have never been able to do on my own and my confidence has gone way up! Tijana made me a meal plan that is completely catered to me and it's been really easy for me to follow, I didn't have a proper grasp on how to eat healthy and actually enjoy it before this. Tijana is amazing! Being a new mom (8 month old), it was very hard for me to get back to my healthy lifestyle. Every mama knows the struggle of adjusting to life with a new baby.
